Integrity Ministries exists to help us as business and professional men to integrate every area of life around our Christian faith; to be men of integrity in the way we do business, lead our families, serve our churches, and conduct ourselves in the communities where we live.
Our Values
We view Christ as the integrating center for every sphere of life. Everything we do as an organization is designed to honor Him.
We aim for integrity of life and faith as the guiding principle for all of our activities and programs, and are committed to modeling this principle as an organization.
We embrace the Bible as the inspired word of God, and the final authority in giving direction to the teaching and planned activities of the organization.
We see relationships as the backbone of our ministry. We are committed to helping each other deepen our relationships with Christ, our families, and each other through fellowship, networking, encouragement, accountability, and mutual prayer.
We practice acceptance toward members in our groups without regard for their church affiliation or level of spiritual maturity.
We encourage openness in the sharing of ideas, convictions, feelings, dreams, and failures - without fear of condemnation.
We recognize that spiritual maturity is a growth process; that the timing and rate of growth is different for each person; and that no one has yet arrived.
We seek a cooperative relationship with local churches, not a competitive one. Our ministry is intended to supplement and expand the work of the church, not replace it.
Our Program
Integrity groups meet weekly to enjoy fellowship with other men; study the Bible together for answers to life's toughest questions; and pray for each other concerning pressing problems.
Informal networking to share valuable information and advice on business, family, and personal matters also plays a part in the relationships we enjoy.
Smaller peer-mentoring groups enable many of our men to develop deeper friendships with two or three other men. In these smaller gatherings we are learning to really care for one another - to encourage, challenge, and hold each other accountable.
As a ministry, we also provide a Business Leaders Club, where men in management positions come together every couple of months to discuss business issues from a faith perspective.
Our Annual Winter Retreat enables us to get away from our usual routines and deepen our relationships both with God and each other, while being spiritually fed by an interesting speaker.
Other Special Events bring all of our groups together for food, fellowship and challenging instruction
In addition, Integrity Ministries offers professional counseling for working through problems, coaching to help men reach their goals and dreams, and mentoring for young Christian businessmen to be linked with a senior counterpart
Our Name
The word integrity has two meanings which capture the essence of who we are and what we desire to accomplish:
First of all, it means wholeness. As men, we often live our lives in compartments - with various roles and responsibilities reflecting different facets of our personalities, both good and bad. As men who are called to be like Jesus, in whatever situation we may find ourselves, we strive to help each other integrate our faith into every sphere of life.
Secondly, integrity means having moral principle. In a world where men of virtue are increasingly rare, we are committed to dealing in a Christian manner with the ethical issues we face each day. Our goal is to see the character of Christ reflected in all of our values, attitudes, and behavior, no matter what the cost.
