Location: Hyatt Place Hotel
8000 Crawford Place at Rte. 73

Are employees looking for something different today than in the past? If so, what and how do we best support those motivators, while staying focused on our organization’s objectives? Steve will be presenting the results of the latest perfor-mance research and how to apply it in your everyday managerial lives. Practical application to individual, real-life management will be the key focus of the session. This workshop is for managers of all kinds of organizations, including non-profits like churches and schools.
Among the things you will learn are:
- How to maximize productivity and job satisfaction
- The five things managers believe employees want (and the five things employees really want)
- The single overarching role managers need to focus on for maximum productivity
- What employees want more than anything else from managers
- How five behaviors will determine your level of management success (and which you are already doing)

We often go to the Bible to find answers to the important issues of life. But the Bible also challenges us with questions we need to confront. Our speaker will be addressing four of these questions: What causes conflict?, Do you want to get well?, What are you doing here?, and Where are you? Wrestling with these questions will take you deeper in your relationship with God. Don't miss this time of good fellowship and spiritual growth! Invite a son, brother, friend, or neighbor to join you. There is an indoor pool so you may want to bring your swimsuit (surfing in the ocean is optional!).
For reservations, call Dennis Borg, no later than March 1st, Phone: (609) 953-9878

A New Paradigm for Problem Solving in the Workplace
presented by Ed Ryan & John Zerillo
Friday, April 30th ** Wyndham Mt. Laurel Hotel
7:00 until 10:00 a.m. 1111 Rte 73 North (before NJ Turnpike)
Sometimes businesses struggle because they do not pay close enough attention to having the right people with the right temperament and the right skill-set in the right places. It's like having a catcher playing center field, or a wide receiver playing offensive guard: not only does it hurt the performance of your team, but creates morale problems as well.
This workshop is designed to demonstrate how a better understanding of one's God-ordained giftedness can help you develop a workplace that is more efficient, more effective and more productive. At the same time, the principles presented will enhance interpersonal relationships in your place of business - something every manager can use.
A continental breakfast will be served. Invite a friend to join you.
Cost: $35.00 (Unless you have paid your annual dues)
Contact: Dennis Borg (609) 953-9878 by April 24th, if you plan to attend.
Our Presenters:
Ed Ryan served as 16 years as a detective in Burlington County's homocide unit. By implementing these principles, his unit solved 100% of their cases for eight consecutive years. Ed is certified by the Association of Psychology to administer and validate these principles for organizational team building.
John Zerillo is VP of Sales and Principal of Productive Plastics, Inc., a plastics manufacturing company in Mt. Laurel, NJ. John brings first-hand knowledge of these principles, having implemented them into both his personal and professional life.
